Men’s stuff

Motorcycles, loud music, women…Everything a man likes, we’ve got. The Body has stuff for men and I’m not talking Sunday School. In fact, we don’t even have Sunday School. We have the things that men like and we are not ashamed of it.

• When the weather is nice, we like to ride. Our motorcycle enthusiasts ride for fun and we ride real motorcycles, like the Holy Kaw. Sure, we will even let you ride a Harley too. Our rides take us from across town after church to three and four day trips, like our ride to DC for Rolling Thunder.

• We play our music loud too. No sissy stuff for our worship. Joe and Robby make the leads scream and the bass and drums thump. Sure, we can mellow out for worship if we want, but only when God says so, because otherwise, we rock.

• The men at The Body run the grills for our summertime tailgate parties. From camp grills to the big tow behind the truck on a trailer grill, we cook. No tofu here; Red meat and ribs and if we do chicken, its BBQ.

• Saturday mornings we meet for breakfast and dig into “The Word”. Sausage and eggs, gravy and biscuit, donuts, what ever we want. We talk about sex, drugs, and fighting, just to name a few things.

• I know you’re wondering about the women. They are hot! You won’t find better looking women anywhere. Makes you think…Hmmm, is that why they call it The Body. No, Christ said the church was His body. Our wives read this stuff and let us do these things so we have to say really nice things about them or we can’t use the grills.
